Best non-greasy LIQUID Minoxidil brand that's still available?

Hi all,

Since Dr. Lee's stuff is no longer on the market and Rogaine foam doesn't seem to penetrate as well, can anyone recommend a decent LIQUID brand that dries quickly and DOES NOT leave any type of residue on your scalp or hair after it's done drying? Advice on where to buy it cheap in the USA would also be nice.

Or is this too good to be true?
