best way to use prox-n with xandrox

Hello Friends,
I got prox-n from Dr. P and could you please suggest the best way to apply with xandrox?

#1. I'm having thinning hairs on crown, top, and front so how much i should use 0.5ml/1ml?
#2. Do i need to apply before/after xandrox?
#3. Once a day/twice a day?
