Betablockers and hair transplant - is it necessary to avoid these drugs?

Hey guys, is there someone who had an hair transplant and was taking betablockers during the pre and post op period?
Since these drugs have hairloss (rare) as side effect clinics suggest to avoid theme. But i use inderal (propranolol) at a very low dosage and i'd like to keep taking it.
