How would you prepare an ethanol based (no DMSO) topical with WAY-316606? Curious what concentration to use and whether or not to add things like PEG/tween.

It's only soluble in DMSO

I do see one company claiming that WAY-316606 is insoluble in EtOH, but that's incorrect. It has a solubility of 6-7 mg/mL in ethanol at room temperature (will slightly vary due to each manufacturer performing their own in house testing). At a quick google I see three different data sheets that confirm its solubility in ethanol. Here's one:

I managed to dissolve 20mg in 2mL pure ethanol by slightly heating the solvent before adding the WAY. I see in your regimen you use CsA at 1% so that partially answers my question anyway since they're functional analogs.
