I'm looking for a nuclear stack that WONT make me impotent (AKA delete my chances of kid having, i can deal with shitty boners for a few months of regrowth), all other sides (gyno muscle loss etc) are ok, im looking for regrowth. I'm 19 since December and trying to regain from my Norwood 2ish hairline (slick bald in the deadzones (() i know its f*****g brutal at 19 and I'm hoping I could regain some with a NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST stack? Not sure, I've been told bicalutamidr and flutamide are decent but I want your guyses opinions

Current Stack:
Finasteride 1.25mg ed (7 months)
Topical minoxidil twice a day (2 months)
Dutasteride 1mg ed (2-3 weeks)
Microneedlng (just started done it twice lol)

also im taking msm 4000mg a day for like 3 months (for skin health)
and NAC (been on and off for a few weeks altho going consistent twice a day hopefully)

I'd prefer not to touch oral minoxidil unless it could regrow my deadzones but tbh I've had these since I was like 14 at least so who tf knows :<
I'm also wondering if topical finasteride or dutasteride on top of this would help
also I have ru58841 but I've read its "pissing in the wind" and I've only used it twice xD

Bicalutamide seems the "safest" if you don't mind surgery afterwards.

Estriol (E3) to stimulate more regrowth.

thanks so much for responding! whats a good starting dose and should i even bother topically applying it? is topical dutasteride worth it too on top of everything?

Most people start with 25 mg per day or maybe even EOD. Not sure if it works well topically, it has a long half life so would probably end up systemic over time anyway.

Estriol is mostly used topically, but I'm not sure about the dose. Depends if you buy something ready-made or prepare your own. 0.5-1% topical is a good starter I guess.

If u can maintain that hairline with your current stack then its all good. U can try Topical bicalutamide on your hairline to try to get regrowth. But not to the extent of growing boobs just to grow abit of hair back on the hairline lol. Or get a transplant.
