I switched from foam to liquid recently. I had been using foam for about 6 months and every time i applied had like 10-15 hairs on my hands. When I swtiched to liquid rogaine, the hairs were dramatically less on my hands..Almost instantly..Anyone know the answer?

well they say when you shed hair on minoxidil its the weak hairs coming out, right... and if you switch to liquid then it might not be going deep enough like foam did....

what I'm saying is this... he was on foam.... and its best to stay with what worked for you to start with.

:bravo:

Reread TTThomasaz1's post. He wasn't having success. My point is: Rogaine faom has not proven to be more effective than the liquid by any means. If anything, it is probably less effective.

Ill be honest..My hair seems to respond better to liquid. It gets darker and a lot less hair has been falling out. I have heard mixed response on foam vs liquid. Its interesting tho about what irishpride said. I have been on propecia for 3 years now and can really say my hair is not better then when I started. My best success was when I was on generic finasteride for 6 months and dr lees 500 minoxidil...Had amazing growth. Only thing it could have been was the minoxidil. Just wondering how i would do with minoxidil alone

yea i went off it for a couple months when we chatted last..Got freaked out and got back on it.. I swear tho i had the best results with minoxidil alone..I just wonder if Propecia is causing a constant Telogen Effluvium effect with me. I just dont know. I can honestly say with out a doubt my hair is worse than when i started. But people will say u might be a lot worse. But I dont know.. I wasnt all that bad when I started.
