I have been using finasteride for 1 month. It makes my hair very greasy and falls out.
I saw the doctor but she couldn't understand why

Do you think it might have had the opposite effect?
Will this continue
should i stop the medicine

You might be experiencing Finasteride shed, could be a good sign.

There have been many cases of people permanently losing hair on finasteride or dutasteride, so absolutely, it’s possible. Don’t automatically assume because you’re “shedding”, it’s automatically a good thing. It could be the beginning of the acceleration of hair loss due to finasteride/dutasteride
