Can I Use Nizoral Shampoo Everday ?

I wouldn't it will make your hair really dry and you're scalp won't be happy needs a break

It depends on the scalp. Mine is reall oily and can take it a bit more. 5 times a week is not allot for me. But some people have a less oily scalp and need it less. Just try what works for you.
