Can Some one Help Me?

Is it normal for the hair on top and on the sides of your head to get thin but your hairline still looks young and has not changed. Most people who i see losing their their hair have a Receding hairline.
i'm new to this hair loss thing and have no idea what is going on.

PICS? No, that does not sound normal. You could be describing diffused male pattern baldness but thinning on the sides? pics?
