Can Telogen Effluvium Cause Hairline Recession?

My story- I went through extreme psychological stress at the end of April. It slowed down gradually but continued till early September. Even though my hair had become thin before April I noticed (only after I got a short haircut) more than usual hair thinning and felt less volume on top and sides around July .

Since then my hair has continued to get thinner much more on the top than the sides and my hairline has receded (including temporal regions). I didn't take notice of hair at the back of head but I feel less volume there as well. I am still shedding more than usual but less than July-Sep.

I believe that I have both Telogen effluvium and androgenetic alopecia and that Telogen Effluvium may have accelerated it. Is it possible to reverse the effects and expect hair regrowth if I have both the conditions?

Honestly it just looks like you're losing your hair. Diffuse thinning. Finasteride
