Confused about topical spironolactone

So it supposedly doesn't get absorbed systemically therefore no side effects. Why can I find numerous people online claiming they got side effects from it then... When I started it I got itchy nipples but I just assumed it was all in my head because you can't get sides with this stuff. Libido seems to be down too. Is this in my head or is it really possible to get sides from this stuff...

Really I wouldn't wonder much about sides with the topical because people can and people do take the pill internally. And I can tell you it works to stopping hair loss and it starting filling in bald spots and stunted growth.

I'm just looking for a much cheaper location that 2oz for alot of money.
