I´ve read several times on this forum that zink and copper do not work well together as they kind of interfere with each other. Is it true?

Would it work to use zix (or crinagen) in the morning and apply folligen in the evening? That should give both metal enough time to do their little magic :)

Without clinical data, we can't answer this question and neither Crinagen nor Zix have data like this available, so its an impossible question to answer. The only products that have this much data are Propecia and Rogaine.

I am currently on almost 3 months of finasteride, 2 weeks minoxidil, and my hair seems to be shedding alot and getting somewhat thinner.Do you think it is safe to be using rite aid or even target brands of minoxidil, and what are the benefits of msm if any, and how much should I take per day I just got a 1500 mg bottle.

Haha, this post deserves it's own thread.

Here is what I have to say. 2 weeks of minoxidil... that will do it for you, a lot of people will notice an increase in hairloss at that mark. It may last 2-6 weeks after that. However, if your scalp is irritated, make sure to use another scalp conditioning shampoo like TGEL in addition to nizoral. Yes, it is safe to use generic (target/rite aid) brand minoxidil. MSM; How fast do you want your hair to grow? I personally wouldn't want to take more than 6000mg a day. I say somwhere between 1500-3000mg a day will be the best.

Suggest that you email both Dr. Pickard and Dr. Proctor, both very expert in copper peptides. They also are willing to answer emails. That might help.

Good luck
