OK, nowadays minoxidil of all brands are mostly same thing.

Then How about CPs?

I feel every brand differs a lot from other brands.

Let's do a poll to rate your most satisfied copper peptides brand.

I haven't tried Prox-N, but I have tried the other three.

I truly believe that Tricomin works the best at treating your hairloss, and
FEELS the best.

However, holistically speaking, I like American Crew Revitalize the most... the scent and feel.

Tricomin is just too expensive.

And Folligen is messy, leaves a nasty color on your scalp, and somewhat burns... probably because of the PPG.

AMERICAN CREW, baby.

Tricomin does feel so darn good on the scalp. But from an economical standpoint, AC Revitalize is the better choice even if it doesn't give the "cool" feeling. AC and Tricomin have the same amount of copper IIRC.

my vote is for prox-N. It costs 60$ for 2 months. You can use only 0.5ml a day and you can get 4 months of it.

Dr. Proctor was the first person to use copper peptides for hair loss. He has the primary patent in this.

However, he or Dr. Pickart cannot use the peptide used in tricomin (tricomin got this patent applied and approved when Dr. Proctor's generic patent for all coppper peptides was pending).

Tricomin went through fda trials 1 and 2.

I use both prox-N and tricomin.

(Prox-N also contains nano, the minoxidil like regrowth agent and other sods like tempo and pbn in small amounts).

Mine is with prox-n too, purely on my own research, as I have only tried this one (and not for long either)

If you use the recommended 8-10 drops, i believe it will last at least twice as long as it says it will.

Im still debating what to use, as I have both proxiphen and prox-n. Im getting chest pain, coinciding with my beginning finasteride, but was wondering if the minoxidil in my prox was to blame. Either way, at the rate I use it (the recommended dose) it looks like my "4 month supply" will last me about a year :)

I am just sharing my experiences here. My previous pictures are posted in th e link given in my signature.
http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/makingslo ... /my_photos.
Look at my current pictures (before hair transplant). I have been using prox-N and spintrapC from Jan end.
I haven't grown significant number of hairs. I do believe that my situation has slightly improved in the last five months of prox-N and dutasteride use (I replaced finasteride with dutasteride from Feb 27). Check the crown specifically in the following link (date June 23 2006)

I doubt Follica would have a clue as to the answers to those questions anyway. Check out: http://www.divineskin.com/spectralDNC/default.asp

This company is the producer of the product and you can probably find contact info on that site.

lol, thanks, but I definitely learned a lot from others on this forum. I read countless posts and did a lot of research before I ever even registered here. You have definitely been most helpful in a short amount of time. Hell, you probably broke the record for the most posts in a week. :)

Can you also post which sites are the best for ordering copper peptides, I think everyone here would be interested.

You're already here pal!

gourmetstylewellness.com sells both Tricomin and Folligen at the cheapest price you will find anywhere, and their delivery time is top notch.

Prox-N you can order from Dr. Proctor himself or you can get the 'lite' version from lef.org.

I would personally go with Folligen. Just my opinion though.

I'm sure tricomin is so expensive because they paid for the fda study. I wonder how AC spray uses their patented CPs. Patent expired?

So tricomin feels better.

Techprofessor, do you think I should even use up my folligen?

i think I will use it on the sides of my head, and the ac spray and prox-N on top. and switch them two days out of the week. Maybe i should dilute the AC spray just a little, like 1 part water to 4 parts spray, at least in a minoxidil bottle, to see if that feels better.

Of course use it up. Some people here think its better than tricomin, some think it's worse. At the very least it's worth using up the large amount you get when you buy it.

It was tested by a lab and found to be 33 times stronger than tricomin. The question is are the peptides they use as good? Apparently dr pickart says folligen performs better on his lab animals, but this might be expected as stands to gain more from this i guess.

33 times stronger than tricomin. That means if folligen were just powder, and not liquid, tricomin could be at most 3%. I highly doubt a liquid as thin as folligen is more than 10% cp. lets just say 16%. That would mean tricomin would be only half a percent. Bryan says he got an email saying tricomin was between 1.5 and 2.25%. 33x2% = 66%. That would be a paste.

Someone is lying. I don't think we know how strong either one is. I don't even think non-FDA controlled products can be penalized for not having any active ingredient at all in their product. Sued for false advertizing, but that is all.

Do a forum search and try to find the thread "folligen vs tricomin" or something.

ShedMaster posted the link about the superior strength of Folligen
