So quick background, I am 26 with no real family history of balding save for my paternal grandfather. My father is still a Norwood 1 in his 50s, and my Maternal Grandfather was a Norwood 3v in his 80s.
About six months ago I started to worry that my hair was thinning and had started to notice increased shedding, so I saw two dermatologists. The first barely looked and said it was nothingm the 2ed did a biopsy which said that I had a higher percentage of telogen hairs but lacked any noticeable minification, so they said it was mild telogen effluvium.
Since then however I keep worrying this is a miss diagnosis and what they are actually seeing is early male pattern baldness. The shedding has come as gone, persistenting for two months then going away for two months, then returning for another month and a half before stopping again. These do line up with being 2-3 months after the periods I was most stressed out about losing my hair, so it may just be the telogen effluvium, but it is still a worry.
So with that said, here are three sets of pictures at 3 month intervals. All were taken less than week after a hair cut, so the hair is short in each.

Does it look like there has been any change? Or about the same? I know I am probably worrying about nothing and letting my anxiety get the better of me, but I jusy can't stop worrying about it.
