Cows lick or losing hair??

Hi all
I have very thick curly hair. For some reason the other day I decided to have a look at the top of my head and to my horror I saw some scalp around my crown area.
Is this simply where my hair whorl is and so naturally the hairs are growing off in different directions and leaving some scalp exposed? Is it a cows lick?

Like I said, my hair is incredibly thick and curly and is really quite long at the moment compared to how I usually have it. Does the hair being longer mean it sticks out more rather than lying flat?

Under bright lights it is far more visible, or when my hair is pushed over different ways. The last picture shows it most obviously.

Don't worry, be happy

Most of people in this forum would love have such hair, seriously.

You only have a prominent cowlick.

Have you tried HSN? It's all natural and has yielded some great results for thickening and regrowing hair.

While you are thick-headed for sure, there is a tiny patch that could grow. Happens to the best of us, I'd ride it out another 6 mo. or so and then revisit. But yes, you have more hair than virtually anyone on this board.
