I do. Happened today too, as dramatically as in the pic:

The confirmation bias, but no, I think I'm being objective.

I go for walk, say and encounter 20 non-blacks, and 3 blacks. 0/20 and 1/3 give me weird looks. Random, you say, and you may be right.

The next day, I see something similar, and so on.
