Damage grafts due to long shampooing?

Could keep shampoo sitting on transplanted area too long without rising water and just massaging (around 20 minutes) damage the grafts at 11 days post op?.

I did a stupid mistake at my 11th day post op with a very long hair wash aiming at removing all scabs:
I kept head under low pressure shower water for 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes massaging with Clinic shampoo with my head outside of water shower and another 10 minutes of water to remove shampoo. Because there was still some remaining scabs I repeated with another 10 minutes of shampoo massaging and another 5 minutes of water.

Just after that long shower I felt the scalp very tight and dry and the day after I started flaking scalp skin, shedding transplanted hair and itching. The shedding of transplanted hair has almost finished at one month after Surgery, itching lasted around three days and scalp flaking lasted around two week.

I am very concerned because I am afraid that I could have damaged my grafts with such a long time shampoo exposure. I have read that long shampooing dehydrates scalp and now I am wondering if I could have dehydrated my grafts at 11 days post op.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
