What do you guys think is the best haircut for a diffuse thinner to hide your hairloss? Short/long cut, combing forward/backward.

A flat haircut with a short c***'s comb in the middle, i don't know if you understand what i mean. Robbie Williams has had this haircut also. It's a haircut that girls like very much, but is this haircut ok for a diffuse thinner
