Do I have DUPA, Retrograde, or just male pattern baldness (22M NW5)?

I’m a 22M who has been balding since 16. I’m a NW5 now. Was on finasteride for two years but it didn’t do much (lost a Norwood). I’ve been looking at my donor area for a transplant once I become NW6 or 7, but it seems like my donor area has thinned our. Is it DUPA? Normal thinning?
