Mainly targeted to UK guys at times when Kirkland foam is in shorter supply.
Foligain 'foam' absolutely sucks. Might sound good for the 3 month bottle at a reasonable price, but the stuff is trash.
The main issue is just how god damn oily it makes your hair. Even after it dries, hair feels like I've had chip grease rubbed in it.
