They've evolved to live the easy life. They need to know that their lust for consumer items and creature comforts will be satisfied.


A large part of it is about making other women jealous. It's just how their egos express themselves.

That doesn't really matter. It's enough that her man's income can support her if she should choose not to work and even if his income is lower, combined with her own salary it will give her more (purchasing) power.

And income obviously isn't the only thing they are interested in anyway. There are a whole bunch of other functions and skills they look for when selecting their male utility.

Why is this?

Its pretty simple and its been going on since cave man days. Women are the weaker sex (physically) and are the ones who have the responsibility of having children and having them in a protected environment where all their needs are met. In cave man days a woman, to ensure the survival of herself, have the best chance to procreate, and ensure that her offspring would be fed and protected, would be wise to try to pair up with the strongest male with the most resources she could find. This would ensure protection, a supply of shelter and food, and good strong genes to procreate with. So naturally, the big strong guy with the nicest cave and the most resources had the most females wanting to mate with him...because..why the f*** would they want to mate with the other guy who was weak, had trouble finding food, and didnt have a pimp *** cave.

Fast forward to today...we still have basically the same thing happening...except instead of a nice cave, a guy might have a nice house and a nice car...but it still offers the same thing to a potential woman mate.

Of course this isnt EVERYTHING..but on some level women are still looking for indicators that a man is sort of the "alpha dog" of the pack...this is why women find things like status and money attractive sometimes, and guys really don't.

Why do women love confidence? Because confidence is a possible indicator of status and how secure a guy is in himself and his resources (or at least his ability to possibly acquire resources)

Guys b**ch about this stuff all the time but...guess what...its nature..it isn't changing. Of course some things in society have changed...but those basic animal instincts are always going to be there.

Does being bald affect your chances of getting chicks? Yes. Can it be overcome? Yeah..there are plenty of ugly fat bald rich guys who have smoking hot wives.

Are you going to have to be a bit more clever and work harder than say..George Clooney? Yes.

not all women are the same so you cant put them all into the same category. Any women wants financial security and if she has wealthy family or wealthy herself theres no reliance upon a man having to provide.

A woman having money or having a family who has money doesn't mean she wont want a guy who is wealthy/financially independent. You can be the nicest guy in the entire world, but a woman is not going to want to be with you if you don't have something going on career-wise or financially because being with someone who doesn't work or have something going on financially is going to lower her social value and women don't like to lower their social value. They also seek approval from their social circle about who they're dating..and "Hey everyone this is my boyfriend he's bald and broke..but...he's really nice" doesn't exactly make her feel good or Propecia up her social status.

Women wanting a guy who is wealthy is not just about wanting someone to provide for her..its also about social status within her circle of friends (aka her tribe or pack)

Humans are animals. People want to think they're somehow above all of this or their girlfriend is different, or somewhere out there there's going to be a perfect 10 that isn't going to mind you being bald and broke because she's not "shallow". We are animals...at our very basic instincts we're not much different than any other animal...we just have a more complicated sophisticated way of going about things. We're still tribal people with basic animal instinct.

Begin bald or balding is going to make you less desirable to women..thats the bottom line (and the question posed in OP's post i believe)...you're going to have to make up for it by getting in great shape, dressing well, learning to be confident and charismatic..and having something going on financially doesn't hurt.

There are plenty of fat bald ugly rich guys with hot *** girlfriends...there are not so many fat ugly bald broke guys with hot *** girlfriends..its just a fact of life.

Female bodybuilders clearly prove that women are capable of building large amounts of muscle and being physically very strong. I think to some extent the idea that women were enslaved in the kitchen is just propaganda. I think women chose to be in the kitchen for two reasons. The first was because it spared them from having to do really awful, dangerous hard work like going down coal mines, fighting wars etc.

The second is that they enjoy doing housework.Of course it's very difficult for them to admit that because it would be an admission that men aren't as hideous as they want society to believe. My mother admitted to me she found doing dishes 'therapeutic'. She'll run a whole sink of water just to do a few dishes when she has nothing else to do. I've told her not to bother ironing some of my things before yet she will go ahead and do them anyway because -and this is a direct quote- it gives her 'good practice'. I don't think she is an exception to any rule. For example, British wives are world renowned for the amount of time they will spend cleaning their homes. I watched a reality show not so long ago that happened to cover this phenomenon and one women admitted she cleaned her washing machine down every day. Actually cleaned it. Every day.

In many cases women have been free to down kitchen tools and stop breeding with their partners if they chose, which is basically the ultimate power to have over the entire species. Yet they chose not to.

Well first I wasn't saying that this is still the exact reason today, but I am saying that our brains are still wired the same way even though there isn't as much of a need to be.

On top of that..I'm pretty sure cave women didn't have sets of weights to lift and testosterone to inject into themselves so...its really a useless comparison.
