Does anyone else break into spots when wearing hats?

It's been pretty cold recently, coupled with the fact I had a recent bad haircut, I've been wearing hats quite frequently when I'm out and about.

Weirdly enough though, wearing hats seems to make me break out in teenage style acne across my forehead.

Does anyone else experience anything similar?
