I took fish oil for overall health and noticed some improvement in shine and scalp hydration. But it didn’t do much for actual regrowth by itself. To get fuller results, I also used a conditioner that nourished from the outside. Evavitae’s conditioner paired well with my supplements, and together they made my hair feel much stronger.
