Does Lymecyline Interact With Finasteride?

This is a long shot but has anyone had any experience with the antibiotic Lymecyline? The reason I ask is because I've been prescribed a course of this drug by my doctor for a skin infection. I googled "Lymecyline" and it seems to be one of the drugs that may interact negatively with Finasteride. There was even some suggestion that it could even make hair loss worse!
I really don't know what to do but I do know that after over a year on Finasteride with some really good results the last thing I want is to do is ruin it now.
