Not necessarily, but by taking propecia you stop the enzyme from converting testerone into dht and for whatever reason this excess testerone turns into estrogen. Whic can cause gyno to form.

1 mg dose of propecia increases estrogen by 15%. To some this is minute. To others who have elevated levels of estrogen it is big. I got puffy nips, I should have figured my estrogen was high. When I gain weight I dnt get a pot I get love handles. Check your fat distribution thay usually indicates if you have high estrogen if u put on fat in places females do.. ex: love handles, thighs
