Does Revivogen Work

Well there is no cure for hair loss at this moment in time. All that the various treatments are doing is slowing down the loss because they don't block 100% of the DHT that attacks the hair follicle. So at best all you can expect is to maintain or re-grow some of the hair back. But if you are quite far-gone don't expect a miracle.

It's best to start early as you have more chance keeping what you have got.

TBT probably backs it for the same reason gourmetstylewellness.com does. It's becuase it's the most scientifically backed product that doesn't have FDA approval. I think it's a good alternative if the more proven stuff doesn't work for you or if you're into experimenting with alternative products.

Though we do not endorse the Bald Truth or its owner, or much of anything he represents (aside from the information portrayed on the radio show which seems to be logically based), I do believe they made a good choice in endorsing Revivogen.

The reason why is because among the unproven products out there, of which there are literally hundreds, Revivogen has probably the greatest number of the most probable-to-help ingredients in it, of any of the solutions on the market today, for a reasonable price.

Its ingredients have been tested and shown to be potent DHT inhibitors when applied topically and absorbed. There is solid data there, that has gone through testing in actual labs and controls and verification and ... to top it off the studies were actually peer reviewed and approved for inclusion in reputable journals. I dare you to find a single product out there that has this much backing it, whether it be Procerin, Hair Genesis, Fabao, or any.

So in the world of the unknown, where we dont have actual hair counts and real life human trials ... this is at the top of the scientific list.

Jimmy,
No I really feel like my hairloss has stablized, and I don't feel I've lost much of anything since getting off finasteride and getting on revivogen, except my side effects.
Itchy scalp? Actually, not anymore. I am on Nizoral and that helps a lot, and also, I started using a great moisturizing conditioner everyday. I use Dove conditioner which is 1/4th moisturizing cream. Doing that has cut out any remaining irritation or itch.

The point is, I think I'm doing OK...really....
How about you? Things working out on your end?

yarbird, i would also say that things are looking good from revivogen. It hasn't haulted hair loss but i have noticed a serious decrease. i put it on at night after a shower...only thing is my hair looks sort of retarted all day cause i don't have time to shower and fix it up in the mornings...maybe after i quit my job.

That's a shower I would make time for. I don't like leaving that stuff in my hair during the day.
Just do what you gotta do, man.

I agree revivogen makes my hair look horrible it's the last thing I do before going to bed. The problem is when you have some chick over and then you have to skip your treatment cause you don't want to look like a grease ball and have the revivogen smell about you. She will think you don't shower. So then you have to wake up in the middle of the night and slip off to the bathroom to put revivogen on. That is persistance for ya!! When morning comes make sure you got your baseball cap near by so you can throw that on too........ahhhhhhhhhhhh the joys of revivogen.

The only problem I have with revivogen is that it leaves brown flakes in the hair that I have trouble getting rid of with nizoral.

Other than that its thoroughly recommended in anyones's regimen who is not on propecia.

I also agree with what everyone else says - this stuff is for night time only application folks!

i use revivo twice a day, once in the early afternoon and once right before bed.

i think the sh*t smells GOOD, believe it or not. my girl says i smell like a 'baby' when i have it on, which doesn't seem all that bad...

it doesn't make my hair look bad, either.

i did have that orangey brown flake problem for a while, but i played around with shampoos, and started the ol rinse-lather-REPEAT method, and these flakes have since gone away...

ah man, i have to get my *** up at 530, no way i can get up at 5. hey viperfish, don't give up on revivogen, it is most likely helping keep what u have, if u stop then ur situation will just get worse. I usually skip friday and saturday nights, as those are my nights out and i want to look my best.

Jimmy,
I'm not really worried about it getting worse if I stop using revivogen. I have done it before with no harm done. About 2 years ago I used it for 5 months and quit using it with no harm. I chose to drop it to go on FNS (bonehead mistake).

Guys, guys, guys

some of you really get your knickers in a twist about skipping applications - if you have to miss an application every now and then its probably not going to do any harm at all - in fact I have a hunch* that using any topical 5-6 days a week is as effective as using it every day of the week (*no I don't have any data to prove it). I personally think it's sensible to give your scalp a break every now and then anyway to offset the irritation that be caused by persistant use of topicals.

Life is meant to be enjoyed - not getting up at 4:30am to put on revivogen, back to sleep, 7:00am to put on minoxidil and then 8:15am to wash it all out....

These regimens are for life so make sure that they are compatible with your lifestyle and by no means put your regimen before having a social life.
