Man, that's not what the research says.

It clearly says: "Heavy alcohol consumption is linked to high-grade prostate cancer".

Then it goes to conclude: "Finasteride prostate protection does not happen if one consumes alcohol heavily"

Which is not the same thing as saying that it doesn't work for hair for people who drink. I'm not sure this study is anything but eh.
