Can everyone using the drug please post if they are getting good results or dry skin, wrinkles,or skin problems? I've been off the drug for 5 months now and still the scabs arent healing. I need to know how many others are experiencing skin problems besides me. So if its not common, i may have a serious health or liver problem. Please guys reply to this. I need to know if this is occuring to most people or im just got serious problems.

No side effects that I've noticed so far. I've recently passed the 3 month mark, and will certainly wait it out until at least the 6 month, and probably longer.

I'm using the brand name avodart and got it from walmart pharmacy. Well most of you have not been on the drug long enough to know the side effects. Well the drug worked extremely well for my hair so thats why i got the side effects i guess. So none of you are even getting dry skin?

Yes scabs from pimples. They are little hard bumps that i think are dried up pimples or scabs that will stay attached to my skin for weeks to even months. They will not heal, and when you knock the scab off, it causes scarring. I have them on my face, back, shoulder, and chest. I have about 500 scars just on my back alone due to the pimple not healing. None of this ever happened before starting the drug.

Yes brand name Avodart from qhi.co.uk, I saw improvement at 6 months, hair generally thicker allover, slight regrowth in crown area, male pattern baldness progression now seems to have halted completely.

Had a BIG shed about the 3 month mark but it all came back thicker. I've got photos posted on that other site whose name I'm not allowed to write here.

These scabs are from pimples on my back, shoulders and chest mainly. They are hard dried up pimples that just form into scabs. They are not liquidy like normal acne, so i can't pop them. Its as if my skin isn't about to push the puss-oil or bacteria out of the skin, leaving it to dry up. Scabs from cuts don't heal either. My skin is not able to heal wounds, simple as that. I get a few pimples on my face and they dont' heal either. I have about 500 scars or more on my body because of it and its all happened since being on avodart.

104% thing is very true. i posted a link to the info but cant find it atm. finasteride raises it also but by about a 3rd. thats why something like spironolactone or fluiridil is very important in a regimen involving dutasteride.
