Estrogenic Sides from finasteride, Any Advice Pls

Hi gang,

Have been off finasteride for a while now and have some lingering sexual sides (numbness, watery semen, occassional ED). Got my bloods back and turns out my estrogen is through the roof (test is also on high side). I think if I get it down to a normal range I should see a faster recovery. I heard DIM is good but it might destroy my hair. Any advice? Cheers in advance

And what did your doctor say?

Honestly I'd doubt DIM is gonna have anymore than a negligible affect on oestrogen let alone do anything to your hair but by all means take it if you think it'll help, that alone would go a long way to help alleviating your issue.

Tongat Ali. I have another active thread on this. I am currently on Propecia and it has completely eliminated my negative propecia sides.

Are you fat? Best way to reduce estrogen is to reduce aromatase which can be done relativey easily if you are fat.
