Farjo or Rogers?

The reason I ask about the Farjo or Rogers is because I am based in Cheshire and Manchester is very near to me. I hear very good things about both but I don't want to make a long trip to Stratford if Manchester will be as good.

(and please don't post any advice saying "go to canada, the UK is no good") I am hearing a stuck record with that one.

If i had to choose between the two it would be rodgers but if you want a good job ,book a ticket to north america.

What kind of help is that? If you can't say anything constructive, don't bother at all.

You are shopping for a procedure that is permanent and will affect you for the rest of your life, not a new pair of trousers. If you can't get one of the best surgeon, don't bother at all.

But Almani has a branch in London. Isn't that the same standards?

Forget it then.

For the last time There is no one in the UK who can perform (anywhere near) to the same standards as the top U.S and Canadian docs.
As far as I'm aware there is no Armani surgery in London probably just a UK consultant for him.
If you want to waste your money and donor hair on a crappy looking unsuccessful transplant thats up to you.
Whats the big deal about getting on a plane?

If you cant get it done by one of the best then there is no point in doing it its way to much of a risk and it can ruin ur life

Hey Dalek, I'll come to your house (convenience) and do it for half the price of the cheapest of the two doctors. I don't have the typical qualifications you might expect, but I grew up on a farm and I have skinned rabbits etc. so I am experienced in this kind of thing.

Let me know if you are interested.

Yes, the London branch is an agent who they have performed surgery on. He said they have a place in Dubai and they will provide $500 towards my transportation. He asked for photos so he could access wat I need. I read that you shouldn't accept consultaions from anyone but the surgeon.

One more thing, why would people like Duncan Bannatine, who is absolutley loaded, get his hair sorted with the likes of Farjo if he could fly anywhere. He's not one to make flippant decisions, have you seen him on dragon's den?

I have just read duncan banantyne's book

He goes to a hair replacment salon every 3 weeks for a top of the range wig, were he is intekkigent is the fact he goes for the receded look which doesn't draw your attention to the fact that it is a wig.

Do not under any circumstances go to farjo to get your transplant done.
I was going to go there until i found out about there sh*t work from forums like this

Hey Dalek, I just joined this forum to warn you away from UK clinics, they are terrible, take the advice from the members here and dont waste your money or your life, avoid, and plan a plane trip.

I have been on the Almani website and seen the incredible work they do. Yes, it does seem thicker than the UK surgeon's work. Getting on a plane is no problem but they recommend a 7 day stay after surgery. I understand what you say about making the right choice but financing it is going to be hard. Its very tempting if they can make my hair look so good to go for it. I just emailed their UK rep some photos I just took. This was a VERY depressing thing to do as I really can see myself for the first time as others do and it not good.

I'll get there in the end, somehow.

Make a vacation out of it. Canada is a beautiful country. As far as the money, I agree he is expensive, but getting a good surgery is kinda important.

Dalak u are just like me when i first started researching I was looking for decent prices location etc.. anyways my derm told me that theirs lots of horrible people out there doing transplant and when getting one you have to be EXTREMLY cautious and one wrong transplant can ruin EVERYThing for you and even distroy your chances on getting it done right the second time by the right doctor.

There is a doctor aparently named RAHOLE? I Dont know the spelling but hes just as good as dr armani and not nearly expensive had i known about him before i might of considered him even spencer admits hes one of the worlds best anways look into him

His site is here http://www.rahalhairtransplant.com/lmc_ ... l.asp#meet

seems very reasonable prices and decent results similar to Amarni. The good thing about a decent transplant is to get a good job done that looks as good as it can, obviously never being as full as it was when younger but perhaps with hair cloning etc on the horizon, that would eventually finish the job nicely
