He's not effeminate. What makes you think that? He has lost many of life's games and identifies as a loser. Hair loss destroys the toughest guys. Floyd mayweather, LeBron James, Wayne Rooney, Andy Murray, Rafael nadal, Lewis Hamilton ... They all went for treatments rather than toughly shaving and moving on. Remember Andre agassi too. And these are some of the toughest people around because it's not easy to make it as a pro sportsperson. Toughening up works in some situations but not for hair loss.

The point is that yes we are comparing and deeming ourselves way mentally weaker and less gifted than people like he, and so we have even less chance of coping with hair loss graciously.
