My HDL was horrible with Dutasteride, also my liver enzymes ( that was even scare, 80 % higher than the high limit ) , more than double of what they are now . I was a year without Dutasteride before I stopper forever, so I know 100 % it was dutasteride what caused . When I was on Fiansteride, didn't have this problem. So it f*** your metabolism for sure.
So it will not surprise me at all that can cause Diabetes in some mens . It definitive f*** your liver like most not any drug ( And I did took almost everything ) does . May be is the drug per se, or inhibiting almost 100 % of the DHT , or inhibitin almost 100 % of the 5-alpha-reductase and so all the reactions that are part of this enzyme ( may be even somes that we don't even know yet ) .
