I'm 24 years old - probably been thinning since 18- im 24 now with a probably nw3v hairline and diffuse thinning. It doesn't look completely bad but its pretty obvious im losing my hair. the worst part for me is that i have lost hair in the very highest part of my widows peak so I have to grow my front hair longer and comb it to the side to cover it up-or else you can see the very front of my scalp that comes to a single point. I think that finasteride has pretty much maintained my hair since i have started or maybe improved it a little- the problem is I didn't realize how bad my hair really was before I started finasteride and started taking pictures and such. Anyway I was thinking - what if I get on dutasteride and then get a minor hair transplant to just strengthen my forelock? I am fine with a high hairline, but I think having a thick forelock is the most important thing for me to look attractive.

i have seen results from hasson & wong and they look amazing. Have they ever done work on a 24 year old? i have seen them cover a complete NW5 to make them look like they have a full head about hair. The one saving grace about my hairloss is that I think I am only losing it in a NW5 pattern-so I have perma-hair that goes up to the top of my head rather than losing it all in the NW7 horseshoe
