Finasteride, Increase Libido, Is This Normal?

Dear readers,

I have been on Finasteride for rougly 4 months now. At first, I could sense that getting an erection was harder the first month. Which completely faded away the next couple months. However, the past month or so, I have increased libido. To say it out loud, I am horny all the time. I have the sexdrive to have sex with 5 girls at the same time so to speak. I was wondering if there is someone with the same side effect and whether it will fade? I have an appointment with my Dermatologist next week.

It could be that your body got used to the finasteride and is now in the mode that it was more similar to prior to getting on it.

edit: but just be happy that you're getting the boosted libido over no libido lol

I have been on finasteride for a month and a half and like you, at first I was getting initial concerns over my libido fading, but now I am at least right back to where I was - possibly getting worse as time goes on! But im happy with that

Have you noticed any hair results after 4 months?
