finasteride to dutasteride transition

My finasteride has been doing a decent job of slowing down my thinning with minoxidil and Nizoral the last 3 years but my hairline is starting to creep up and I feel the effectiveness wearing off. I want to transition to dutasteride...is there anyone here who can share their experience with the transition....was there sides, shed, etc. Thanks!

I don't have experience but at our county's forum they recomend to transit with eating them both together. Like this, for the first three months you eat one day dutasteride and two days of finasteride. And next three months two days dutasteride and one day finasteride. After that totally dutasteride
