I finally tried having sex after taking a combination of oral phentolamine (formerly known as Vasomax) + Cialis.
I don't want to go into graphic details but here's my expert opinion: it worked beautifully and today my d*** is sore of all the pounding.
Why is this combination Cialis + phentolamine so effective? Because they are two entirely different ED drugs and work sinergistically: Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor, phentolamine is an alpha blocker.
A word of caution: always consult your doctor first, there is an increased risk of side effects when you combine drugs (hypotension, tachycardia, headaches), heart patients should not take any of these drugs.
