Hey guys,

Are there people her that has advice for me about folliculitis?

I've folliculitis on my face and scalp. The treathment is doxycycline for 3 months, i am at 2 monhts and 18 days.
The face acne cleares up (still have 1 or 2 pimples). The scalp acne is less but still present and it hurts!. I've got these symptoms with
the overdose (antidepressants, psychotics, beta blockers etc.) But know i'm experiencing an huge allergie for antibiotics. Burn-like rashes on my face, eczema,
endless itch. So i think i'm going to drop the antibiotics, i'm gonna talk it with the doctor.

Has anyone some advice for me?

Ocd a long time ago. I'm not taking any meds now, they are known of hairless. I think it's because serotonine is also a hormone that can cause hormonal imbalance. i have huge emotional stress for over a year, vit d deficiency and 2 overdosis . my hair is fallin and thinning even on the back because of folliculitis, Telogen Effluvium or worse.
The antibiotics helped a bit but i still got folliculitis. I think i'm allergic to doxycycline because i have eczema-like all over my face, it also can be triggered due the overdose. The doctor
can't really help me. I'm sleeping bad and my hole body itch until i scratch till it bleeds.

I'm taking 50.000iu vit d a week now for 2 weeks. I read that vit. d reduces inflammation, i don't know.

Thank you! i will check the website.

Do you also know if folliculitis interrupts with normal hair growth? That the inflamed follicle produce smaller hair in diameter?

Simple asked: Are there more reason for hair follicle too grow thinner in diameter without androgenetic causes?
