folligen and inflamttion???

hello

i have hair loss with infllamttion in my scalf using propecia for 7 months now and nizoral every 3th day i can't get read of the inflamttory condition of my scalf and i know that propecia is less efective when there is a scalf condition likes mine.
my question is folligen is good for a sitiuation like mine to stop inflamttion ???
