Folligen Directions

Hi, can someone please tell me how I am supposed to use this stuff? I ordered it from GourmetStyleWellness, but there were no directions in the box.. Should I use it once a day, twice a day, and how much? Should I rub it in?

In the trials it says a "thin layer" was applied and rubbed into the effected areas. I just rub a very small dollup of the cream into each of my temples and hairline twice (or sometimes three) times a day. Any more and my skin/hair starts to look green!

I have the spray folligen (not the cream).

I just use 6 -7 spritzes and rub it in.

Well, I'm sure the tricomin and folligen are helping keeps our scalps healthy - but is it regrowing our hair? In my instance anyway, "No".

I'm a firm believer in copper peptides though - and think that they should be part & parcel of our arsenals.
