What according your knowlaedge are the better proven (preferally in vivo) anti androgens or DHT inhibitors TOPICALLY we have today?? I mean ingredients not neceseraly specific brand products??

I don't know everything he will say, but I know he will say that spironolactone is good, flutamide is bad because it can go systemic, fluridil sounds good but was tested only once by the company that sells it, and topical azelaic and and retinol only work in vitro but not in vivo.

And as for topical finasteride and dutasteride, he will say that we don't know what will get it into the scalp in large enough amounts and that we don't know if it will stay in the scalp long enough to do its job before being rinsed away to the rest of the body.
