Hey guys,
I started minoxidil liquid and saw positive results after 4-5 months. I didn't shed at that time. I was really happy with that.
I decided to change my regimen after 5 months to get rid of the huge flakes created by the dried liquid. I switched to foam in the morning and liquid in the evening. The results are terrible. Shed shed shed. It's been going on for 5 weeks at least.
I. Am. Absolutely. Horrified.
I don't know if this shed is the usual one we get after starting minoxidil. Or if it's related to my regimen change. Or both (probably). But it's really really hard to be confident. Maybe this 50/50 combination isn't working for me. Maintaining this regimen, continuing the fight without blinking is hard. At least I know the liquid regimen did work for me.
I just need some positive comments from you guys. Any support will help

By the way, I'm posting updates in my story, if you need more info on my regimen
