I noticed thinning at the back of my hair and a bit on my temples, I'm 20 years old and when I shower I see hairs like 4-12 strands

SHOULD I JUMP ON finasteride WHILE IT'S EARLY?

Shedding 4-12 strands especially when shampooing is not unusual. Hair naturally sheds in the telogen phase. Some will shed up to 100 strands a day which can be normal. As for the thinning in the temples it might be worth seeing your local Trichologist for an analysis. Many men begin early signs of Male Androgenetic in their 20's. Don't get freaked out about it as stress can cause hair loss in and of itself.

Looks fine to me, 4-12 strands of hair lost in the shower is in the normal range or below.
Take the same picture every year and look if there are any changes, but don't start finasteride now.

Consult a specialist before starting. finasteride and Mino are long time treatments ... probably for the rest of your life. Don't start unless you have to!

So see hair specialist and get your hair loss diagnosed ... if you have any. The pics looking good, btw. It may looks a bit light in the egg picture, but then ... who wouldnt with eggs in the hair.

4-12 strands doesnt sound to dramatic for me ...
