hair legnth?

My natural hair on the sides & back is almost half an inch long, is it still possible to wear a lacefront top piece & still have it cut to look natural enough for no one to notice? Reason I ask is because I lost my ID & need to get a new one for my job coming up & thing that sucks is I've let my hair grow out for a month now & its REALLY thin on top & feel really uncomfortable taking a picture.

So is it possible or does it have to be a couple inches long on the sides & back to blend in right?

You can do 1/2 inch. The problem is if the factory got the angle a bit off from the angle of your natural hair, it will be harder to make 1/2 inch go the right direction. But if it is the right direction, it will look good. You can adjust it a bit out of the box, but I doubt it will be perfect. The longer the hair is, the easier it is to direct it. But people rarely suspect short ones. But if there is a sudden change in direction the might. Gel can hide it though.
