Have you noticed that people interfering with computers are more vulnerable to hair loss? I think so

Nice one, but the topic of discussion you started can be expected from someone who knows little to nothing about hairloss. Look around this site a little bit more, then you know hairloss has nothing to do with computers.

PS. VW 4 LIFE

there could be a correlation to that ... but no studies yet to prove it

lol what the f*** is so stressful about computer programming? If investment bankers can keep their hair, then so can computer programmers.

One obervation: There are plenty of young South Asian (completely excluding East Asians from China, Korea, etc.) programmers. They for the most part seem to all have full heads of hair. In white men in general, there is a greater percentage of early balding (in 20s and 30s). This percentage similarly holds in young programmers of European/Middle Eastern descent.

How much does hair loss really have to do with computer programming?

So, there are actors with naturally perfect hair in their 40s and 50s and those who are receding/thinning in late 20s/early 30s. I have not seen any difference with the people who deal with computers on a daily basis over the years.

I´ve noticed people who works in indoor jobs or who spent his time doing intellectual work tends to go bald earlier and heavier than people who works in outside/physical jobs.

I live in a relatively small town, one of those places where everyone knows everyone, and if you make a comparison (intellectual vs. physical occupation) the intellectual ones have the highest percentage of baldies.

I don´t go around in ronaldkia´s ways questioning myself about that sort of things, but the difference is so clear it called my attention. I also know intellectual Norwood 1s and physical Norwood 7s, but I´m talking statistically.

I agree, enough of these baseless threads.

Maybe there is something to outdoor workers vs. indoor, I have noticed this to a degree.

But, I spend nearly all of my time in front of a computer, Friday and Saturday nights as well. Treatment has helped me maintain what I have plus grow more over past 1+ year.

Furthermore, many of my friends also spend time almost always in front of computers as well as equipment with EM radiation. Most all have full heads of hair, except a few like me who are genetically predisposed to male pattern baldness.

Hmmm interesting point...

Perhaps if we change thread to 'those who used computers a lot when younger'

I was the earliest comp programmer in my class, and first person to get hair loss
