I am asking for my sister who doesn't have a PC. Since she started taking a medication for her heart arrhythmias, Cardizem, she notices clumps of hair coming out. Her age is about 65. She is concerned. She is also curious if a thyroid problem could cause hair loss; although she went for the standard thyroid tests. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
