WTF!!?

I'm 19. I started losing the hair on top of my head exactly 2 years ago. I didn't do anything about it until 6 months ago, when I tried proscar/4 everyday. I quit after 3.5 months when I noticed I had developed very noticable puffiness in my nipples. I finally fully accepted male pattern baldness and stopped caring. I had achieved complete acceptance at last, and was a happy man. Now 2.5 months later not only the puffiness has not gone away or changed, but I'm having more extreme problems.

I am losing hair everywhere on my scalp and face. I first noticed hair thinning on the sides and back of my head while taking proscar. This was extreme thinning, very noticable, especially above and behind the ears. The hair on the sides of my scalp has continued to get worse even after quitting until now. But I don't even care about that anymore. I have my head shaved with a #0.

It was bout a month or 2 ago that I started noticing a lot of eyelashes and eyebrows falling out. Sometimes I would have 2 eyelashes on each cheek. My eyelashes and eyebrows are now really thinned out, more so on one side. I have noticed that my beard is also thinned out. The hair loss on my face is not noticable to anyone else just yet, since I started off with extremely thick eyebrows and eyelashes, but at the rate it's going, it will be soon.

I am scared shitless; the fear of having alopecia totalis/universal tears me apart and drives me insane. The slightest thought of it fucks my mind and makes me wanna scream in insanity and run at a wall, I have never in my life been more scared of anything. This is the first time in my life that I'm experiencing the emotion FEAR.

I can't do anything now. I can't be happy knowing that I might have no hair anywhere on my face in a few months or later on in my life. It is ***-f*****g my MINDD!!!

I have male pattern baldness on both sides of the family; my sister who is only a few years older than me also has it pretty noticable on top now.
