Hair loss is making me hate humanity

Growing up I thought that hair loss was something that only happened in your 50's and happened quick and only effected a few men. As I got older and noticed my own recession I noticed that people in their 20s are already having their lives ruined by hair loss. All the actors I used to look at have had hair transplants and when you compare them to how they look after their FUE procedure you notice that they look 100x better. Makes you wonder if there is a god why would something like this happen. I don't think there's anything wrong with mild recession I think it just looks mature and distinguished, but going full bald looks like hell. The only way to get it back is to have some surgeon cut a giant strip of skin out of your hair and poke a needle in your head 3,000 times. There isn't a god. There' can't be. There's just too much bull ****. Hair loss is literally the only problem I have with humanity. I don't even want to be in my body anymore.

it will do that to the best of us. IT made me so negative amongst others, and myself.

A hair transplant is what reincarnated me, and ultimately made me find solace.

The only cure is HAIR, not positive reinforcement, and cognitive behavioural therapy like most would have us think.

yeah I don't know if I can transplant. I have the worst fear of surgery than anyone I've ever met and I watched one on youtube and it freaked me the **** out. I think when it comes time I'm going to pick suicide over the surgery. ****ing sucks.

It's really not that bad. They will help you overcome your anxiety or can give you some diazepam to relax you :jump:

I'm probably biased, I love anatomy and dissection, hair transplant isn't invasive enough for me.

you would rather die than have a trained surgeon remove hairs from your scalp while you sleep? ok

yeah right you don't sleep. They just numb it with novacaine and make a cut into your head like 2 inches deep. I tried novacaine once for a broken bone and it didn't numb me at all, I still had full sensation after 3 shots, that **** is nothing to me. It wouldn't surprise me if anesthesia had no effect on me either and I just stayed awake through it

If what you say is true (and not anxiety), looks like you had a lame doctor. Sounds like the novocaine missed the vein so you weren't anaesthetised properly, they should have tested sensation in that area with a pin too before carrying out the procedure. I can't see an American doctor screwing up that.

an FUE is no worse than getting a tattoo.
It honestly feels the same. During mine the Novocain wore off so much at the end I just bit my teeth through the last hour.

Just do it.

He just kept sticking the needle and asking eveyr 15 minutes "okay, now can you feel this" and I would say yes and he would say okay we will wait 15 minutes. During that 15 minutes I felt it get more and more sensation and he just said okay we cannot wait anymore I have to crack the bone back into place and it hurt like ****ing crazy. I have a high immunity to all drugs. It's my biggest reason for being paranoid of surgery because I feel like the **** isn't going to work on me

This is true. I have a HUGE immunity to Novocains.
My first procedure he ended up having to nerve block me because it just wasn't working. Again towards the end I told HIM to just keep going because I was tired of the injections.

Remember you are amped to all hell and nervous so your metabolism is in overdrive pumping blood super fast.
A trick I just recently figure out..... dont drink coffee the day before or of any procedure where you might be drugged up. It helps.

This surgery though is pretty minimally invasive. Honestly after mine I pretty much thought "um I could do this".
I could easily sit through a hundred or so plants with no issue and no numbing. Removal of the grafts Im not so sure but maybe a topical number could help.
In all honestly the surgery aspect of it is not rocket science.

I know how you feel, simply living in this vile meat suit is bad enough, without also being cosmetically disfigured.

It would simply bother anyone to only be in their teens or twenties and have hair of an old person. Androgenic Alopecia can start as early as 12 years of age.

Well, hating humanity is something I can personally atest to after two decades of being nw5. people treat you with less respect and are sometimes outright disrespectful. Its not an easy existance being bald in this shallow looksist world.

I was hurting like hell at moments during my FUE too. So I did the same as you, I told him to go on despite my pain.

I'm sure a lot of us would endure a few hours of acute pain to the scalp if it meant gaining some hair back.

Wow I had no idea the needle part would even hurt. You said it hurt the WHOLE time for you, or just towards the end? I watched a guy on youtube take a selfie video into mexico to get his done, and he was just laughing and smiling the whole time. I remember him saying where are you guys even working? I can't tell. Then he continued to point the phone towards the top of his head to watch them work on it.
