Hair Loss Is Related To The Immune System And Sex Arousal Increases Leukocytes...

More so, sexual arousal increases prolactin, which is also linked to hair loss.

Since those are actual facts ....

Effects of sexual arousal on lymphocyte subset circulation and cytokine production in man. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15316239

The results confirmed transient increases in adrenaline and prolactin plasma concentrations. Sexual arousal and orgasm increased the absolute number of leukocytes, in particular natural killer cells (CD3-CD16+CD56+), in the peripheral blood. [...] These findings demonstrate that components of the innate immune system are activated by sexual arousal and orgasm.

... why are you so stubborn whenever someone asks how much you masturbate and when anyone says there is likely a connection between masturbation and hair loss?

I've literally tried to have this discussion and made polls about it but nobody wants to answer, it's like i'm asking for their banking information. Others have mentioned it as well and 90% of the answers did anything but actually answer the question.

We know that hair loss now is much, much more common than it was in the past but we have no explanation for it. What also has increased tenfold? Sexual fantasizing/masturbation. Literally less than 100 years ago men had 0 access to sex pictures/magazines, let alone actual p**rn movies, those just didn't even exist. Also, you can masturbate much more than you can have sex (longer periods of arousal).

The most "efficient" drug (propecia) worked initially for prostate problems (finasteride) and it was accidentally discovered it halts hair loss.

There is obviously a connection between sex and hair loss. Seriously... it's just evident.

It's a crossover design with very thorough biological sampling. You should read more on the types of studies.

You confirmed exactly what i was saying in op. I guess you can take away their hair but you can't take away their masturbation.

First off all, male pattern baldness is not strongly correlated at all with the immune system. Second of all, this study is limited because of design and sample size. Furthermore, the parameters that were measured have a small impact on immune function, which the autors also said:
The effects of orgasm on peripheral lymphocyte subsets were restricted to NK cells and had minor or no effects on T or B cell subsets and showed no effects on cytokine production, indicating limited and selective effects of orgasm on immune system functions in parallel with its selective and short-lived neuroendocrine effects.
Lastly, i have seen ur other topics and i think u have something against masturbation, why we don't know, but u seem a little bit obsessed. Is ur mental health alright?

It's is sufficiently correlated that there have been attempts at treatment targeting the immunity pathway. That and accounts of hair loss reversal following treatment with drugs that lowered the immune response.

Like I said, it's a good design that doesn't require that much of a sample size, you have to read more about types of studies and understand where a bigger sample size is required and where it's not. The study shows masturbation affected the immune system AND prolactin, both connected to hair loss.

Lastly, i have seen ur other topics and i think u have something against masturbation, why we don't know, but u seem a little bit obsessed. Is ur mental health alright?

Sure mate, considering that f*****g your own hand is disturbing is surely my problem, it's totally normal to do it. If i don't f*** my hand i have mental health issues. lol

I dontbmastrubatr that much i habe a low libido still lost my hair... Its a no from me

What is "that much" to you? Also, do you sexually fantasize?

You could use that 100 year old analogy with quiet a few things, diet, pollution, shampoo. All they had back then was clean meat and water, berries etc

Because 90% of males are addiction to p**rn and masturbation yet don't even realise it. The thought of possibly stopping is just such an alien concept to them it's no different to telling an alcoholic to just suddenly stop drinking.

.

Because it is always broscientists like you that bring it up. There is no evidence for a relation between the two. The study you posted is also NO evidence.

Hairloss is connected to prolactin and the immune system, sexual arousal is proven to affect prolactin and the immune system, propecia, the only "med" that actually works on hair (but with potential nasty side effects) affects the prostate/sexual arousal etc... but there's no connection between all this? Really?

Honestly, man, I believe it. I think people just dont want to believe just how damaging masturbation is. I think fapping as frequently as once every 2 weeks can cause significant shedding over time, especially as one gets older and more sensitive to DHT. I myself have picture evidence to prove that fapping caused some significant thinning in my temple region. Do you have any insight as to whether nofap can help regrow the lost hair? Im really hoping for a solution to this. I think my hair thinning is recoverable, but its going to take every ounce of discipline I have...

I've had multiple nofap streaks and my hair got thicker or at the very least it stopped shedding.

What's even more obvious is that if i binge masturbated, i'd instantly get itchy, greasy scalp and i'd shed like crazy.

There's multiple accounts of people halting hairloss on reddit/nofap

Two questions for you:

1. Do you think that the damage caused by masturbation is permanent?

2. Does edging have the same effects as masturbation on hair?

Thanks in advance.
