Hair system provider/salon in southern california?

Hi all.

Only a norwood 3ish right now and don't believe in a good candidate for a transplant (can't take finasteride) so I'm looking for a good system/salon in the southern california area to help with my hairline (no vertex balding).

I searched the forum and didn't really find anything. Thoughts on best systems and salons?
