I underwent two FUE hair transplants at Vera clinic, in September 2022 and May 2023, following all instructions and using recommended treatments. Despite my efforts, I’m left with severe thinning, a depleted donor area, and no improvement. The clinic’s response, through their representative Rytis, has been dismissive and vague, showing no real concern. Since April 14 they've been ignoring my concerns completely.

I was misled about the long-term nature of hair transplants, as I was never told I would likely need additional surgeries every 18 months to maintain results. The clinic also failed to inform me that transplants wouldn’t provide a permanent solution, especially for someone with androgenetic alopecia. The expensive supplements had no impact on my hair growth.

Furthermore, the straight hairline I requested was not achieved, and I wasn’t properly informed about the genetic factors affecting the results. This lack of transparency violated the terms of the clinic’s guarantee and led to a poor outcome.

This has taken a financial, emotional and mental toll on me. I feel misled and exploited. I am now requesting responsibility, an effective solution and compensation for the transplants and treatments. If these demands aren’t met, I will share my experience, complete with photos, emails and receipts, across multiple platforms.

You should consider consulting with a lawyer. It's very easy to get sucked in by hair transplantation mills promising the moon and often delivering scraggly hair that resembles grass growing in a parking lot, if it comes in at all. Microblading and derma-rolling might vastly improve your situation so I recommend doing that along with copious amounts of Trentoin. This might help the plugs heal, take and become more productive. I would micro needle and derma roll once a week and do both because it's hard to hit everything otherwise. Follow this by applying the Retin-A and liquid minoxidil all over your scalp. Temporarily, I would use Estrogel which is amazing for wound healing, because there is evidence that estradiol can make the transplants take and become more productive. You don't need to use it to the point of feminizing. Scalp and face only for maybe 3 months.
